      He was born in the place where our father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi & Saint Sudama born. Shree Devjibhai Jethabhai Khokhari is born at 16-12-1936 in the house of Shree Jethabhai Arjanbhai Khokhari & Mother Jiviben Jethabhai Khokhari.

      He loss their both eyes in the age of just 7 years because the diseases of small pox. But where the education and innovation take place they spend their childhood in that atmosphere. At the age of just 16 years he will get not only degree of Physiotherapist but also get with the deep knowledge of all the subject & special music at the "Victoria Memorial School For The Blind,Mumbai". In the edge of 1957,he will start "Theraputy Clinic" at porbandar and get self employment. But in the heart the seed of huminity (exists) implant. So,they will always thought how to helpful in the life of blind people or how to help the eyeless people to draw out his secure future.
